Amy Famiglietti - Owner/Artistic Director

Amy has been dancing since she was five years old and has studied jazz, tap, ballet, Pointe, modern, lyrical, hip-hop, African dancing, ballroom dancing, ballet pedagogy, creative dance, aerobics, vocal recording and technique and choreography.  She is a graduate of Bridgewater State College and has a B.A. in Communication Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Dance Education.  In addition to working at The Dance Studio, Amy also works for the YWCA After School Program and the Partnership for Community Schools After School Programs in Malden, MA.  Amy has also organized and taught many dance and performing arts workshops at camps throughout New England such as Camp Wind-in-the-Pines and Danforth Bay Camping Resort.  Amy has also competed in the Talent America Competition and was a semi-finalist in both the Solo Dance and Solo Vocal Categories.  She hopes to continue to spread her love for the performing arts to many generations to come.

Andrew Sterner - Assistant Vocal Recording Instructor/Music Producer

Andrew Sterner is a talented musician and producer.  He was trained in Audio Mixing and Mastering at Bristol Voice and Recording Studios.  He assists in the vocal recording class here at The Dance Studio and produces all of the music and masters the CDs for our vocal students.

Stephanie Falasca—Acrobatics Instuctor

Stephanie is a sophomore at Medford High School and has been a member of the Medford Prep-Op gymnastics team for seven years and has competed with them for four years.  She has been captain of this team for two years.  She is also one of the co-captains on the Medford High School Gymnastics team this year.  Stephanie has also been teaching gymnastics at the high school over the last two years.  She is also knowledgeable in ballet, modern/lyrical, hip hop, jazz, and acrobatics.  She has been dancing for 6 years and is a member of The Dance Studio’s Senior Dance Company.
